She’s 27 ,married but no kids yet ,she lives so close to my house,last week she was down with malaria,after treatment,her parents said she should come over to there place (they lives in the same local government) for a week so as to have eyes on her till she gets better,maybe she has been stressing herself lately. Her husband came to visit her once but they do communicate on phone always.
Yesterday,the guy called her as usual and they exchanged pleasantries,the guy asked when she will be coming back home and she told him maybe next week Friday,few hours later she was called from her place of work that she should forward one important document into the office mailbox,she had to pick up her own spare key, rush down home to get the documents ,on getting home she met the husband at home which was quite usual,she rushed into the bedroom and found out that her belongings were no where to be found,both the shoes that she arranged on the shoe hanger,her clothes in the wardrobe,her framed pictures on the wall,her jewelleries box and all other things,she said she thought she entered into another apartment cause there was no trace of a woman living in the house ,the husband now asked her that why can’t she tell him she will be coming home when he called in the morning?
After lot of arguments on why will I take permission from you before coming home,the husband now opened the laundry basket,where he packed few of her things and then opened the store for her to see the rest of her belongings ,she bursted into tears and she packed everything together ,went to the junction to get a cab and moved everything back to her parents house while the guy was standing there doing nothing.
Few minutes later,he messaged her that her lack of patience will only ruin her,that he kept her things because a friend of him wanted to bring his girlfriend to the place ( can you see what some men took women for? Your friend is bringing in a woman and all you can do is to trash your own wife’s properties,who doesn’t know that it was just a lame excuse) he said will she leave the house if she already has kids? He has been apologising since then ,but she said she won’t go back to the house cause she already caught him cheating once before this incident,her parents said she should go back ,her husband said she should come back home but she’s insisting not to go back to where she doesn’t have respect.
I already told her that I will get back to her if I discussed the issue with my big family here,guys what do you think she can do now,the marriage is just eight months.

If she's no longer interested in the marriage and have made up her mind, then she should file for a divorce. Since she doesn't have kids yet, she could be "lucky" to marry again (i.e if she's still interested in marriage)

But in all honesty, she should weigh in a lot of options... If she's 27 without a child, she should understand that time is not her friend and it could be a contributing factor to her husband's cheating ways (especially in this part of the world where child bearing is the priority and in this age where early menopause is now a thing)

Look, I'm just being realistic here. What you wrote up there is an ideal situation in an ideal marriage but we all know that no marriage is ideal/perfect because it comes with ups and downs.

He's a cheater/is cheating + a liar: There's no friend anywhere. It's obvious he has another woman and must have told her he's single/not married, hence the reason he hid the wife's belongings. Really pathetic.

He's manipulative: The intent of his senseless comment that "her lack of patience will only ruin her,that he kept her things because a friend of him wanted to bring his girlfriend to the place" is to blame her when she has done no wrong.

He has no respect for her and I'm tempted to say he doesn't love her: Bringing another woman into the home to stay when he's a married man is bad enough as it is, but him hiding his wife's belongings shows he's merely trying to protect the other woman's interests and feelings, not his wife's.

He was likely unfaithful to her prior to the marriage: He must have hid it well.
