why must CAF follow and tow the path of those European countries where coronavirus is ravaging?
Can't they see the virus is highly ineffective in African soil? sad

It isn't CAF's decision...Every country does as it likes...
some African countries like Tanzanian ended their lockdown long ago and are allowing large gatherings...

There's covid in Nigeria, but it is certainly not thaf effective..same with the rest of Africa...With our poor healthcare system, thousands would have died already .
the government allowed people inside stadiums for Edo and Ondo election rallies but won't do the same for a one day football game!

Ezenwa is in camp, can someone please tell us why? Most of our England based guys are already in camp except kelechi and Semilogo, I hope there isn't any issue

Ezenwa is there for moral support

ezenwa in camp
we thought apkeyi won't be making it to camp coz of his flight hitch so we had to call ezenwa at the last minute but it was quite unfortunate apkeyi has arrived and he is in Lagos en route to Benin right now.

Turns out that Nedum Onuoha has retired from football at 33 without senior international caps for England or Nigeria. It's a shame because he would have been a good player for us during his playing career.

Come on.....
Some one that won Man of the match against Cameroon in Uyo?

Please let's try and be objective in our assessment.

Idowu scored against Argentina, Ezenwa was man of the match against Cameroun it doesn't mean anything

His quality is not SE level at the moment and that is what matters

There are too many foreign born players in the team. After Rohr's era this nonsense will end. These players are even average anyway
They are all Nigerians and have Nigerian origin, the last time checked we haven't naturalized any player to represent us.

i think between CAF and the national task force on covid they prevented the NFF from allowing spectators.

personally when it comes to covid any measure that will guarantee safety should be encouraged but i understand your irritation with the decision to bar fans from the match. At the very least the supporters club who are more orderly could have been let in.

Seriously.

1. The virus isn't as tough as at it is here in Africa as it is out there in Europe.

2. The fans can't have any contacts with the players, this is possible to enact.

These safety measures to me are draconian, especially with us here, our guidelines should therefore be tailor suited to reflect our reality over here.

Lol oya no vex

But it still doesnt change the fact that awaziem has never played as a midfielder in all his european clubs nah , haba

But obi mikel played that position at lyn oslo and played at the u20 world cup which naija played in the final and was the second best player in the tournament while playing AM should tell you alot

Stop saying awaziem has the qualities till you see him play there oga, you cannot just mention any player to play there because he is your favorite player okay, they didnt even call up awaziem to play there but shehu

I hear you oga.

We're only hoping for the best for our team, our approach may differ.
