Well, I guess that's the reason we were asked to reprint again to attach those codes on our applications. That'll sort everything out. I.e two applicants can have the same number, but no too applicants can have the same attached codes.
I guess they realised the site was malfunctioning with issuing of number, so they resorted to that option.
Right now it's making sense small small

I didn't reprint when we were asked to. After my initial successful application, I wasn't following the thread as much and I didn't know when the info for reprintng was passed around. Yet my name came out without duplication or any wahala at all.
