Please,if you know anyone that work with Western Union, kindly give the person a mention. We need to get to root of this matter. The sender did a big favour in helping out.I wont really blame her, though some of her words are becoming unbearable and too harsh to be directed to a human. God no go shame us o...Poverty and lack of money is not good.I need to really double my hustle!!! Nigerian banking system is so obsolete...From the uselss CBN,CPC etc. In the western world, just a minute call, this issue would have been resolved. 6 Likes |

Bendusx:Please, kindly remove my email from your quote. Yes, oluplus is helping me to draft letter that I will take to CBN @ marina here in Lagos, the person (XX01) that asked me to accept her pm yesterday is/was a banker(got that from one of her post) that's why I decided to drop my email for her,I plan to update her about the situation on ground, she too may have way forward.(Though I was reluctant to continue with this issue because nothing positive came out since but oluplus said we should try our luck for the last time, thanks so much sir). |

Kemmy210: Kemmy, I would av ask that u let the matter rest as someone once said. Nairalanders too like unending drama. They might not be able to do anything but will keep dragging it. U both will become more bittered. The money u want to be spending for transportation, looking for solutions that may never come can be channel to something else. Peace 2 Likes |

Dear op I know you are angry about all those emails and the response from the sender. If I were you, I'll be angry too. But Put yourself in her shoes, when you send something to someone and it gets hijacked along the way. You will feel bad too. Ignore people saying you should let the matter rest. Your purpose at this moment is no longer about getting the money but getting whoever was it that stole the money in the first place. Just as fatherchristmas stated on the previous page, your initial thread where you seek help was ignored for days by people who could have help but didn't until now Deactivate glacier came. I really hope you and olu are able to get to the root of this crime. But it would have been easier if she released her name.. 4 Likes |

BLUELemon:Thanks for your contribution,I appreciate. If you read this thread from the beginning up till now,you will know that I was appreciating her until when she decided to curse herself, not me. This issue is more than a month already and truly,I suppose to quit because as it is,if Western Union could ask me to provide sender's name, definitely CBN too might ask for it.My inability to provide sender's name caused this issue from the beginning because as at the time I was leaving for bank that day,the money was ready for pickup according to the tracker. Honestly,I don't wish to do anything again that is why I unfollow this thread since last week but I don't want to discourage oluplus,I will find my way to marina to submit the letter, but by God's grace, that will be the last. Father Christmas is wrong that my first thread stayed for days before help came. Glaciered offered help in less than 40mins that I made the post so I edited it that same day.thanks for your concern |

Op Don hear whii on top this matter. This sender will be a full-time nag. lol Sender said she was waiting for the bank to call her on her 2nd line. which bank? lol.Bank wey customer dey chase. The sender complicated the issue. Fact is the money is still with Western union even when their system is telling them sent. That money isbtoo small for the teller to loose his job for. this week is 5 mths I did a transaction with Opay using Access bank debit card. my money is still hanging. Access says it went through, Okay says it didn't. back n forth for ever 5 mths. To survive Nigeria no be hereoo. Not all Nigerians are scammers |

iamloyalty:You must be out of your senses for saying the OP is ungrateful If you have been following this thread like to claim to have and read properly, you would see that the op has collected all the initial insults, has been calm and co-operative and quiet, giving update based on the her interaction with the bank The sender has decided to haul more insults on her especially on money the lady has consistently said she did not receive and you want her to still be calm simply because she is needy and came to beg for help. 4 Likes |

BLUELemon: Honestly, what would it have taken to send her name to the op via mail and instructed her not to release it since her name is palliative Who sends money through WU and omits name? I’ve never heard of such. I myself would be curious to get to the root of this matter as to what happened to funds I sent to someone you CLAIMED you wanted to help thereby releasing my name. “She was waiting for the bank to call her and never received any calls..” MTCHEWWWWWW is it you bank will call or the customer that came to them ?? |

Foodqueen:Tbh, she shouldn’t let the matter rest. She really needs to find out what really happened to the money if at all it wasn’t shady from the onset. The insults she has received concerning this issue is too loaded for her not to get to the root of it. I would advise she stops engaging people on here and come back when she has gotten results . |

pweedyuz:As you have said,I will be out of here again.thanks for your contribution. Nothing shady about this issue, what would make a sane person to be writing all these for more than a month.I've involved my blood sister to follow me to the bank on this matter, also involved my journalist friend to tweet about it.This is the slip I was given at the bank. I hope it will upload this time |
Re: How to solve this fraudulent act by Union Bank staff by pweedyuz(f): 12:29am On Nov 12, 2020 |
FatherCHRISTMAS: The reason why the sender is being “trash-talked” is because of the insults being hauled at the op What the sender is currently doing now is uncalled for Fine, you have sent the money after she was neglected. And so ? Is that why you have to demean the poor girl simple because she’s broke? We are all humans here please. The Lady opened a thread to solve an issue. Sender sent the money and someone has received it in Nigeria. Op visited the bank and they asked for the name both to receive it at first and also to help facilitate tracking when it was eventually received by an unknown person. If the graciard or whatever is a free-spirited, less troublesome person, she would have been curious and intrigued as to what exactly happened to the money she sent to someone showing received on tracker and yet claimed not to have been received by Kemmy hence making her name available privately so kemmy can move forward. But no, she decided to deactivate, haul insults at the poor op and term all Nigerians scammers. 4 Likes |

pweedyuz:well you'll never know how it feels till it happens to you too. the send was curious that was why she went to WU even after it showed that the money has been picked. the op also have a reason why she's trying to protect her name by all means. in the previous pages she was willing to tell bank officials but not a private individual. she has her reason. About the sender being troublesome, in all my years on the surface of this planet I have never met a woman that is not troublesome no matter how kind they are 3 Likes |

pweedyuz: U are really out of your senses for turning a bling eye to her ungratefulness. If you have been following the thread like you claim to u will see that op initially acknowledge that the sender sent her the money and has proof of it. she even went as far as saying that ' sender even try self," all of a sudden she changed sides and went along with those insulating that the sender did not even send any money, meaning the sender is the said scammer. That is what is called painting an innocent helper bad so that others will hate the person. She shouldn't have tolled that line if she is not been ungrateful. If she couldn't keep calm she could have walked away knowing that both of them were playing instead of turning against the sender. Over and out! 5 Likes 1 Share |

Update: My phone was dead since when I returned from CBN yesterday,I would have update this forum immediately. Mr Oluplus was busy with work since so we just send the letter through email to cpd@cbn.gov.ng on Tuesday (two days ago),I printed out the letter that same day, printed the receipt sent to me by Glaciered, then made photo copy of the slip I filled in Union bank. I went to CBN yesterday morning (Oluplus sent 3k for my transport fare, thanks so much sir).I narrated what happened to the person that attended to me,he read the content by himself too.He sterilized the letters, asked me to make photocopies. The person that attended to me wasn't there again when I returned, the second person sterilized the documents again, stamped and stapled original and photocopies separately. He then gave me the photo copies as acknowledgement letter. I have sent enough pictures and videos to Oluplus, while inside BRT, inside central bank, and others. I hope to hear from them soon. Note: It was stated in the letter that if they can't pay without sender's name, they should send it back to the sender,at least, they have her details. thanks |
