Very soon they are going to prescribe protesters and tag them terrorists in this country, just imagine what a supposed SAN is saying.

The level of illiteracy in Nigeria is high.

Instead of people to argue logically, they will turn logical comments to an abuse match.

The CBN has every right to block those accounts

These people who's only crime was providing legal aid, food, water and medicine woke up one morning to find their accounts blocked without warning.

CBN has done more to block the accounts of protesters than they did to block the accounts of terrorists.

These are real victims of the carnage the incitement with fake news caused.

While they still have money in account the victims of the carnage their fake news incited are dead and in penury.

But you didn't answer the question, the people charged in the UAE sent money to accounts in Nigeria so why haven't the recipients of the money been blocked from accessing their accounts and notified for further investigation?

Why aren't their names out in the news?

I marvel at the ineptitude of most commentators on this honorable platform; seeing how some people spew unimaginable is mind blowing. It begs to really question what we call education in this part of the world and how enslaved an average Nigerian young mind really is.

If the apex bank can go about freezing bank accounts of the citizens on the allegations funding terrorist activities, what then is the essence of the KYC that the bank does? why has any of the individuals whose banks accounts were frozen been arraigned for involvements in terrorist activities? what evidence was given by the apex bank to the court for the court to grant the injunction without consultations?

It's really mind-boogling that after 60 years, we can be this stoooopid as a nation and keep exhibiting shameful acts in the public domain. Terrorism is a global crime against humanity and it is a generally accepted fact that terrorists are not people to associate with. why then has the government (CBN) not prosecuted the concerned fellows? we all saw the way UAE prosecuted some Nigerians in Dubai for funding terrorist activities. It shows what a well-meaning govt does to these unscrupulous fellows.

If the owners of the account frozen are indeed terrorists or have any terrorist affiliations, let the CBN prosecute them as such, otherwise, they should stop disgracing themselves.

It is a pity that after 60 years, we have journeyed backwards and not forward.

How did they get money for all these? A normal protest comes and go not escalate even after government have listen to your request.

They provided food, water, medicine and legal aids. This is what you do when you want to start a revolution.

How about those convicted in the UAE of sponsoring Boko Haram who the govt is advising to seek redress in Supreme court?

Don't mind that monkey, can he himself explain d sources of looted funds in his accounts? Why can't they trace & freeze accnts of bokoharam sponsors? Its only that of peaceful protesters that they see.

Is there a handbook and universally accepted format that says when u want to start a revolution then it entails "providing food, water, medicine and legal aids"?

U are asking "how did they get money for all these?" Y are u or d FG not asking how Boko Haram is getting it's financing? What's wrong with protests going after "government have listened to their request"? Was their refusal to end d protests d reason y hoodlums were unleashed on d protesters?

It's obvious the federal government & the entire political class are laying the foundation for the next protest & what happened few weeks ago will be a child's play. ENDSARS protest had no known leaders & for the government to be harassing few people their faces were flashed on TV & had their accounts frozen shows that we're not practicing real democracy. Nigerian youths are no longer scared.

And what is bad about starting a revolution, since the government refused to be wise??Leaders failed themselves, they should go to hell.
They can fight people asking for good leadership, but pamper bokoharam "the real terrorists. I really hope for a stronger protest ,that will wipe those bastards off their various positions.. Old fools ,called leaders...
