Is It Right For Christians To Plead The Blood Of Jesus? by anioko1: 3:15pm On Nov 11, 2020 |
A lot of Christians plead the blood of Jesus and they also back it up with statements that "there is power in the blood of Jesus". Is it true? Are there clear cut scriptural passages that say "there is power in the blood of Jesus"? Could this be heresy in the body of Christ to plead the blood of Jesus? I did take time to write down my thoughts and analysis on this post and I have provided many scriptures to back it up. https://antireligiousdogma./2020/11/11/is-there-power-in-the-blood-should-you-plead-the-blood-of-jesus/ Do you agree with the patterns and commands in the Bible or do you agree with patterns and commands not found in the Bible?

anioko1: This is The Law - 5 And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man. 6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: Genesis 9:5 and 6 And do not say you have not killed for you remember where Judgement of Adultery is? So also is the judgment of murder, and any other sin. |

If the blood of a lamb could avert death , how much more the blood of Jesus Christ. Exodus 12:13 KJV And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are : and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt. When you plead the blood of Jesus evil will pass over you . When you plead the blood of Jesus , satanic blood sacrifices will not affect you. When you plead the blood of Jesus , ancestral sins of innocent souls killed will not be required on your own head. When you plead the blood of Jesus , the generation curses and self imposed cursed will be cancel. The Bible tells us below : Galatians 3:13-14 KJV Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: [14] That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. |

enilove: Sweet! enilove: This is not true because The Law is - God can not be Mocked, You Must Reap what you Sow. If you plant evil, you must get evil and nothing will stop it. enilove: This is also not True, For The Law in Ezekiel 18 has Settled this. |

anioko1:According to Jesus Christ, His blood was poured out to forgive the sins of many and begin the new Covenant from God to His people. The blood has already been poured out and our sins forgiven the moment we chose to believe in Him. And the New Covenant already begun the moment Jesus Christ said the words, "It is Finished" on the cross. Invoking the blood of Jesus Christ for any other purpose, as is done today amounts to Idolatory and is not according to the teachings or examples given us by Jesus Christ Himself. The idea to invoke the blood of Jesus Christ in many ways mimics pagan practices of using blood to summon powers and spirits, and has nothing to do with the New Covenant. 1 Like |

enilove:Wrong! The Blood of Jesus Christ, according to Jesus Christ, was to mark the starting of the New Covenant, meaning from the point of it's shedding onwards, the New Covenant was enacted, just as the Passover, marked the beginning of the Old Covenant between God and the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The blood served as a demarcation of sorts between God's people (Israel) under the agreement He made with Abraham, and those who were not His under that agreement/Covenant. In much the same way, Jesus Christ's blood served to separate those who believe in Him (the new Covenant) from those who do not believe in Him. The power is not in the blood but in the Covenant that those who are marked belong in. And the way to access the power of the covenant is through the Name of Jesus Christ, as Jesus Christ Himself stipulated. enilove:Those verses have nothing to do with this subject, nor does it substantiate any of the claims you have made as far as the blood of the Passover lamb or Jesus Christ's blood. 1 Like |

Wakeupchristian: Thank you my brother, thank you for these sweet words of Truth. Oh, how my soul longed to hear another say these Truths. Sinlessness is what God Wants and Righteousness, is the Standard but many who claim to be like Christ, do not want to accept these Truths Repeated since the beginning and Consistent through all seasons. Rendering the word of The Lord, who has clearly said "I am The Lord, I Change Not" which Clearly means that He would not change, His Laws will never change, His Standards will never Change and "As it was in the beginning, so shall it be and shall it Always be". But they desire not these Truths but choose Wishful and Hopefull Things! |
