Kenechukwu Okeke is Buhari's attack dog and we all know that at the end of the day he will suffer more for it.

It's some stupid (republican) idea bought over from some Americans that creating some billionaires could help jumpstart the economy and job creation. How many of the billionaires have fulfilled their part of the deal.
