Building a House, from Pegging to complete finishing, varies with a lot of factors that it is almost impossible to give you an accurate figure but any figure you are given, can vary +/- #15M.
Factors like level of finishing, Price inflation variation, location, type of Land/Type of foundation, method of build, type of Building Contractor, etc, will affect the eventual Cost. Not to forget Govt Policy (VAT, Bank Charges, Border Closure), Civil unrest, Nigerian factor, etc

I am not sure I answered your question. I am sorry about that please. There are few grasses good for Nigerian weather, such as Portharcourt grass, carpet grass, water grass, etc, but Portharcourt is rugged and looks more beautiful when fully grown and used mower machine on the lawn.

When I was a toddler, the same issues that I grew up hearing my father complain about is still here. Olopa wahala, armed robbers, government, bribery, oppression, etc. Here we are in 2020 and we’re still on the matter.

The average citizen is a corrupt and ungovernable mfer.

To bring this back on topic. My father lost a plot of land to some Alhadji in Iwo Road in the early 70’s. Fast forward to 2020, people are still loosing land.

Armed robbers are writing letters to community to gather donations. Insurgents are being settled by farmers so they don’t cause havoc.

My micro estate is designed around the Lagos/Ibadan railroad. Guess what, most of the hardware that holds the actual rail line has been stolen already.

That why in PHC some people you Periwecule shell to mix cement and sand to cast floor and some little work. What compensate us small in PHC is that will spend less than 150k to get bolehore.
