feedthenation: This is what happens when you form alliance with an unstable character like Trump. It will eventually lead to your downfall. Most of Trumps lawyers, associates and appointees have suffered this same fate and been thrown under the bus, some even went to prison. Each lie and corruption is bigger than the last and when the next lie becomes too big for you to go along with, you will lose everything. I will personally love it if the alliance with Trump leads to the demise of Fox News. Trumpists can go disappear down the barrel of an even more conspiratorial channel that the wider public won't take seriously. 7 Likes 1 Share |

Judge orders segregated ballots should *not* be counted. It rules the PA Secretary of State "lacked statutory authority" to override election law. Critically, the state has a Republican state legislature. 2 Likes

benalvino2: Biden's lead over trump in penn. is just too much. Those votes won't even help trump But the real news here is trump's lawyers already giving up Trump Campaign Lawyer Admits to Judge: Our Search for Evidence of Fraud Produced Obvious Lies and ‘Spam’ A Trump campaign attorney conceded in court on Thursday morning that he tried to enter hundreds of dodgy form-filed affidavits into evidence, even though their own investigation found that a subset of the sworn statements that they received were filled with lies and “spam.” “This is concerning,” Judge Daniel Kiley, from Arizona’s Maricopa County, remarked with some understatement. “How is that a reliable process of gathering evidence?” the judge asked, later blocking admission of the so-called evidence. Put on the spot by the judge was the Trump campaign’s lawyer Kory Langhofer, who explained the automated process that reflected their post-election evidence hunt. It included an online form whose reliability Langhofer claimed was boosted by the fact that it included a CAPTCHA, which weeded out the bots. The attorneys then visited the complainants’ homes. The Trump campaign said it excluded the submissions of those who swore to lies, but they included the ones they could not prove were lying into evidence. Judge Kiley replied that this did not show the remaining affidavits are trustworthy. “That just shows you cannot disprove what’s asserted,” Kiley noted. The admission came toward the beginning of a daylong evidentiary hearing in a case that began as the so-called “Sharpiegate” lawsuit. The hearing is expected to last for five hours. https://lawandcrime.com/2020-election/trump-campaign-lawyer-admits-to-judge-our-search-for-evidence-of-fraud-produced-obvious-lies-and-spam/ Snell & Wilmer withdraws from election lawsuit as Trump contests Arizona results The largest law firm representing the Trump campaign or its allies in post-election litigation challenging votes in key states has withdrawn from an election lawsuit in Maricopa County, Arizona. Associate Presiding Civil Judge Daniel Kiley on Tuesday granted Snell & Wilmer’s request to withdraw as counsel of record for the Republican National Committee. The RNC had teamed-up with the Trump campaign and the Arizona Republican Party in the case, which alleges that Maricopa County incorrectly rejected some votes cast on Election Day. https://www.reuters.com/article/snell-maricopa-idUSL1N2HY005 |

budaatum: I wasn't sure if I should still reply since it's been a min, but you're right lol. I just didn't want to elaborate. I'm really not one to just cling on onto hope. However, I am also not one to 'teach' people. As a matter of fact, I don't have the patience to and frankly I'm done having conversations. At the end of the day, my reality is different yours, maybe similar in some aspects, but everybody's reality differs. I do not expect someone, who's never had to worry about leaving their country for a better life understand the horror another is going to feel at the mere thought of ICE. I do not expect people, who even in their wildest dreams can't imagine being torn apart from their family, fully understand the pain of parents, who were torn apart from their children. Some people have the 'luxury' to look away and turn a blind eye. Don't get me wrong, sure they can speak on how 'unfair' these things are, but I'm pretty certain whatever energy they put into addressing these problems, would have been twice its number, if it affected them directly. It's just the way humans beings are. As much as I do care about what is going on in the world, I do care more about what is going on the African continent than in any other. So, I am definitely not just going to cling on to hope, or go around appealing to people on why human beings lives matter, regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation etc, go around convincing people on how it's wrong to separate kids from their parents, or how climate change is already affecting thousands of people's livelihoods. Stacy Abrams didn't go around appealing to people and waiting for them to realize voter suppression was wrong, rather she formed a voting rights organization that made the registration of thousands of new voters possible. I strongly believe we need to get into those spaces and create the change we want to see because let's be honest, it's not always an education problem, sometimes it's really just a lack of empathy and sympathy, other times it is people who aren't ready to give up on their privileges. The very fact that I have to educate people on why every human being deserves to be treated with respect, is quite problematic. 10 Likes |

1. Abortion has been legal in America since 1973(Google Roe vs Wade) Supreme Court actually approved it not Democrat’s 2. Trump was the one that posted about the vaccine and is the one claiming victory for creating a vaccine. Google trump operation warp speed 3. Trump supports gay rights. He also has gay staff working for him at e White House and supports them. So your idea that trump will stop gay and lesbians is extremely stupid. 4. The Supreme Court where the ones who ruled that gay and lesbian marriage was legal. America isn’t nigeria we have laws and no branch of the law has more power than the other. 5. Fauci has been with the CDC since George bush a republican so he has no political affiliation. 6. Even if abortion where to be illegal( states in America have the right to make it legal in their state and 15 states have already said it will be legal in their state 7. Trump lost deal with it. Half of the lawsuits he filled has been thrown out of court but because you don’t live in America you wouldn’t know that. 8. Only the Supreme Court can disqualify a vote but the way the electoral college works is that in December they send a representative the DC to states the states elected nominee. So even if the Supreme Court disqualifiés the votes the states elected nominee will still choose Biden. - COPIED 6 Likes 1 Share |
