lol. Why do you want to compare answers for an exam that's been done? Just chill and wait for your result
It's not mine, and I'm only trying to figure out a trend.
I smashed IELTS 2 years ago bro lol.

Thank you very much, i just did that and i've gotten my results. I however didnt get what you meant by "so that i can enter the pool"

Hello, are you using ieltsonlinetest to practice? i use same o, can we practice together?

Create an account on the site. Then login with your account credentials before starting the practice . Preferably use google chrome .

Lastly if it’s within your power kindly speed up with your practice and test so you can enter the pool. Things are changing rapidly and unpredictably

Please i am using only this ieltsonlinetest to practice, hope it's enough. i dont like using a lot of materials because i could get overwhelmed easily.

what do you think? do you think only this material will suffice? and was that all you used to get this your high score?

That was sufficient for me as my supposed weakness was listening and reading . I didn’t prepare for speaking and writing

IELTS
International English Language Testing System.
The purpose of the test is to evaluate the English proficiency of non-native speakers of English. This test is required to be taken by all students whose native language is not English and wish to study in College or Universities where English is the language of instruction.

IELTS has two types of modules - Academic and General Training.

Academic Module is required to be given by students who plan to study at undergraduate or postgraduate levels. While, General Training Module is generally a prerequisite for the people who either want to pursue vocational studies or plan to immigrate.

SECTIONS QUESTIONS TIME
Listening 40 questions 40 minutes
Reading
Academic Module 3 passages ( 40 questions) 60 minutes
General Module 3 sections (40 questions) 60 minutes
Writing
Academic Module 2 tasks (Diagram Prompt/Argument Prompt) 60 minutes
General Module 2 tasks (Letter Prompt/Essay Prompt) 60 minutes
Speaking 3 parts 11 – 15 minutes
Speaking : Speaking has 3 parts and lasts for 11-14 minutes. It is done on one-to-one basis with the student. This is usually done on another day.
Part1: Examiner asks general questions to the student, which relates to his/her work, studies, hobbies etc. This part lasts between 4 and 5 minutes.

Part2: The candidate is given a topic to speak, which is printed on a task card.

Students have to speak for 1 minute at least and are given one minute to think and write down some points. This part lasts between 3 and 4 minutes.

Part3: It's a two way discussion with the examiner (questions mostly related to part 2 topic will be asked). The discussion lasts between 4 and 5 minutes.

IELTS is graded on a scale of 0 – 9, known as Band Scale. Generally, a score of at least 6 bands for UG & 6.5 bands for PG is required in each section. The result is available in 15 working days.

Great result but you can still apply for a remark on speaking so as to max it out. Did you write with BC or MOD?

Please how do one apply for remark

Hello everyone, despite my consistent practice, i am still stuck with ielts. Please i have a few questions regarding my result. what would you advice?

1. A remark for reading/writing and wait for the outcome. Is an upgrade assured for both?
2. A remark for reading/writing and also register for another test. This is in case the first option does not come out favorable.
3. How much is MOD remark?
4. Does the remark payment apply to each of the test or it covers for both?

Your responses would be highly appreciated. cry cry

Listening - 8
Speaking - 7
Reading - 6.5
Writing - 5.5

Would really appreciate your responses.

Please can someone help with some information. I requested for a remark with BC and today makes it 28days I did that with no feedback. I'm wondering if anybody has had the same experience with them. I want to be sure if it's a trend and if I need more patience.
I've sent them a mail regarding my concerns but I'm tempted to write another test or just be patient. Gosh!! I so hate BC

Mine was at Ikeja GRA. Everything went normally as it should though. Listening first then others.
