No, its because Nevada counting had been concluded by those employed to do so after trump cited fraud. Nothing fraud was seen. That single state alone has secured biden Presidency. Even if biden decides to dash him the remaining battleground states under contention, trump can never get the 270 electoral college votes required. He's currently hanging on 117 electoral college votes so no magic can take him there. Na the whole world dey monitor US election oo, people aren't sleeping.
