My point is the team is at fault here , everyone including the coach and NFF. Now a question for you.How good was Rohr tactical approach in the first half?

The basic hallmark of a decent coach is your ability to make in game changes. Granted the setup was decent, the Leone coach changed tactics in game and Rohr had absolutely no answer. It is shocking that our coach who earns millions of tax payers money got out coached by a poor local Sierra Leone coach wearing shorts and you are defending him. It is shocking.

I thought Keshi won it with bunch of average players.
String of luck , an excellent shotstopper who exudes confidence, a wonderful and above average captain in Mikel and attacking players with hunger

The tiny pitch of Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City has never been a lucky hunting ground for the super eagles.

Following today's game the stats stand at;
played 3, won 0 drawn 3

In 2003 I remember the super eagles managed by Christian Chukwu were 2 nil down to Angola in a 2004 AFCON qualifier but managed to draw that game. In truth Angola was the better side on the day.
NIGERIA 2 ANGOLA 2

Keshi's experimental team in 2011 also could only draw nil nil against lowly Botswana in Benin with the likes of Nnamdi Oduamadi, Godfrey Oboabona and Ekigho Ehiosun in the side.
NIGERIA 0 BOTSWANA 0

Of all the results NIGERIA 4 SIERRA LEONE 4 presents a new low.

Bros, at 4-2 up, you could have subbed in Yobo self and it wouldn't be that. You just need defensive minded players. The Leone guys had no strategy basically, hoof it forward, win the first header and just move it over to the wings and somehow our coach left Etebo(5ft tall) against their long balls when we could easily shift Ajayi to DMF and just put any idiot in CB and we would hold them off comfortably, win the first balls and their game is gone. Like this is so basic it makes no sense
. I begin to ask, what was then the essence of ajayi playing DM in our last two friendlies? The man dey smoke something. Is just show there is nothing he is learning. Algeria won us with the same strategy they used in nation cup. I was supporting this man,but today his cup is full. He hasn't learnt anything. He should be sacked

I didn't say Rohr was great today , all I am saying is that It is not his fault Totally

Now let me explain to you how it is clearly his fault Sir.

So he set up his team for the game and in the first half it was going well right? Lots of endeavour from the players, obviously you could see the players were trying and carrying out the coach's instructions true? Then the second half starts, the opposing team makes a few basic tweaks, what you did that worked in the first half was no longer working but because the coach has not changed your own tactics you have no choice but to continue doing it meaning that you, who looked like prime Zidane when the formation was working now looks like Bakayoko, what are you as the player supposed to do? Call your teammates and change the formation for the coach? Now the difference between this and the 7-2 for Liverpool for example is that from the word go, Liverpool players weren't up to it, you know they weren't performing, it wasn't even about the tactics. But in this case it is impossible to argue that someone who played out your tactics fantastically in the first half just decided to take a safari hike in the middle of the second half.

So the Sierra Leone coach is poor and wearing shorts, what does that have to do with great tactical mind. The Sierra Leone coach might probably be a better coach than Rohr for all I care. The point is that the team including the coach decided to give us a taste of their mediocrity and carpentry and everyone is pointing fingers at only one person.

it is wrong , finito

One man is the culprit.

Coach Gerhnot Rohr.

Hope you can all see it. There is no other way to it. He can't move this team forward.

We've been saying this since 2018.

Great analysis but the team lacked the leadership to control the game when the coach was losing control. Under Mikel and Enyeama, you can't concede 3 goals and be passing ball in your 18 yard box

From now on any of our players not taking their club careers seriously shouldn't be anywhere near the super eagles. Our captain is clueless, Ekong left the seria a to join a championship team. Iheanacho prefers to be second fiddle at Leicester, and so many of the players not doing well at their respective clubs should be dropped and to think that a few pages back some were comparing the team with the United States team.

Rohr has played his role. We need a Joshua!

Someone who will take this team to the promised land.
