I have seen their counter argument too and only agree with Medicare for all, bigger problem is they are taking the high road and not listening to anyone, Biden lost votes just because Trump called him a socialist, imagine if Biden had positioned himself as a leftist?

I like AOC, her courage and everything but she and her group has to listen, its easier to shout defund police in New York and win election than it will be in places like Kentucky or Alabama where people are uneducated and hardly enlightened

That Alabama is rubbish

They rather vote a Republican that is a phe teacher to congress than vote a democratic lawyer.

You know the extremes on each sides are not too different, both believe in violence. Both beleieve there is one big govt conspiracy against them

Left will fight their own civil war while the right will fight theirs too. I hope the moderates win on both sides cos IMO both extremes are as dangerous as the other

The AOC wing should just drop some of their nonesensical talk..talks like Defunding the police and some other rubbish..Agreed,there should be some police reforms, reforms that will lead to better welfare and better and more intense trainning. on no occasion must be police be defunded for any reason and they should try and talk sense into the heads of those youngesters who think everything is Euruka.

There sloganism is the problem

Anyone with a brain should know defunding the police doesn't mean they want abolish the police

There was a poll recently when people were asked if they support defund the police, 85% of people disagreed with it, when they were asked if the would support divert of some police funds to other social programs like health facilities, after school programs, justice reform, etc 90% agreed, the later is literally the meaning of defunding the police, directing of police funds to social programs, but the sloganism ”defund the police” is the problem, most naive people that don't understand it would think you mean abolish the police.

The problem with the republican party is that they can't get rid of trump until maybe 2028, because he would hover over them for the better part of the next 2 decades, And people like Stephen miller would go for posts, maganuts would vote for him

so if sane Republicans want there party back, they better kick out those rubbish nuts named or related to trump by any means out

How's wanting government to work for the poor and vulnerable folks compared to the madness the Qanon folks are about. All Congress folks that support M4A and college debt relief, won their races except one.

So, in the end, both Biden and Trump carried 25 states; with Biden also winning DC.

The results reconfirm the fact that, politically, the US is still a deeply divided nation.

I love there policies oooo, but they way they display it is wrong and not appealing enough

They have to explain it and break it down and try to meet moderate Republicans like Romney in the middle if they are realistic about there goals

that is the problem Bernie sanders had, he was an independent, the only sane connection he could get was with the dems,

If AOC doesn't want to be like Bernie, she has to be realistic

The dems folks losing at purple districts should focus their campaign on local issues, AOC and the justice democrats upset many establishment folks. The party still did not deem it fit to invite them for the winning tricks, like she rightly said, the ground game of establishment dems suck.

Why should the party MO be dictated by GOP bad faith talking points? These folks being using the socialist tag since forever. Same way their soft on crime bad faith politics, led the dems to go overkill on the 1994 crime bill.

Dude the GOP ain't gonna buy any shhit the dems are about mehn.

The ACA is a run down version of the original Obama health care plan, in fact he adopted Romney's plan as governor of Mass. That does not stop the whole GOP from voting against it and calling it a death plan.

Y'all don't appreciate what that woman is doing in the house, she's throwing reforms in piecemeal in big bills. Sanders made M4A, student loan relief and taxing the top 1% more into the main stream talking point of the party.

Exactly, but know one looks at like this

Republicans were the major cause of the 1994 crime bill, that they blame biden for

The same way they are pushing dems right now as soft on crime and rioters was what they did in the 90’s that made democrats pass a bill that republicans loved too.

Messaging and demographic of people is what I'm mostly talking about, AOC can spread her message and win in New York but she cant elsewhere, talk of socialism cost Dems alot, in Texas it was reported they didn't even win a congressional seat and to a stark contrast some GOP reps won in deep blue States like California, there's a GOP anti lgbt lady who defeated the incumbent to win right in California

Why get rid of Trump when he is the most popular American President ever?
Trump got the highest CLEAN votes for an American presidential candidate ever, when you return ALL his votes stolen by the Dominion Software and discount the Harvesting of "votes" from both the living and the dead.

Alabama,Kentucky,Missisipi,Oklahoma,Idaho,South and North Dakota are red states with bad health and education system. The GOP has really succeeded in manipulating those people.

But the DHS and the company, itself, have categorically debunked the wild allegation that the Dominion software “deleted” 2 million Trump votes.

I agree with you.
Sooner or later their policies will be looked into I support many of their policies wholeheartedly there is nothing extreme about it.
They just need to work on their delivery many of their policies work well in Europe and Canada.
M4A is good why is the USA failing to adopt it seriously the American voters don't seem to research at all that is why they keep eating republican nonsense policies that work for the chosen few.
The good thing about the AOC wing is that many young Americans support them which will go a long way in it's actualisation in years to come

Right. It’s kinda crazy to think the election was that close...

Now, imagine if Trump was running against a woman or a Black man, Trump would have eked out a victory. Believe me.

I don't think Trump would be able to beat an Obama though grin if he ran in 2008 he would have lost to an Obama and still will America was not like this in 2008.I don't even see his win against Hillary as spectacular 77k votes made the difference compared to Bidens over 220k votes in those three states.

It goes to show how divided and sick Trump has made your country I question the sanity of some of those people that voted Trump they looked pass the lies, misinformation, racism, bigotry and demagoguery and voted for his divisive persona to own the libs who end up making their lives better.
Something is wrong somewhere it is very polarised maybe it is due to misinformation, hate towards the media it is a kind of awakening or something.I hope Biden does his best in healing those divides. The one that shocked me most were black men voting for him including latinos especially Cubans that bought the socialist lie against Biden from Trump and his croonies.
