The Enugu State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, on Friday, inspected the ongoing construction works at the Unity Park.

Igbere TV reports that the Park, located at Independence Layout, in Enugu, is a tourist attraction and a place for recreation and relaxation.

It comes with an emerging monument of a gigantic roaring lion, which is one of the picturesque and aesthetic edifices being erected at the Park.

Ugwuanyi, I hope no tree was cut down for this project. Its fine if none of the pine tree was cut down.

Again when will we have live animal zoo in Enugu city? Previous existing on has been turned to estate.
another one should be planned immediately. The government can sell the zoo to a private org. if they cannot maintain it.
But first get a zoo back in Enugu city. We are tired of watching moulded animals.
