I agree with you M. O. G however, the girl in question should be publicly questioned by the authorities. I live abroad and the authorities here don't shield a criminal pastor. I hope the girl was not sexually abused in any process. It is irresponsible to hide a 13 year old girl. No matter how good intentioned the Pastor is, in UK where I live the Pastor and his associates will go to jail. It may look Biblically right but it is morally and legally wrong. God bless us all

I know this story,the girl left home,was wondering on the street,a stranger found her and took her to the pastor,the pastor in turn did not report it to the police instead,took care of the girl,put her through school and all that,and no the girl was not up to 18 years,she was around 13. she later requested to come back home she she was 18 years,and then the pastor brought her back. the thing is,the pastor would have reported the case,but he didn't,despite caring for her and providing,putting her through school and all. the girl later willingly converted because of how good the man was to her. he should have reported it,and now the case is been treated as a kidnapping and unlawful hostage of a minor. serves him right,next time he would do the right thing. he knew it would get to this,seen that the girl was a Muslim was only a matter of time before the Muslim folks turned against him

the girl left home at 13,came back when she was 18. she was not sexually abused or malyreaated in anyway,infact the pator did a good job,giving her shelter,putting her through school and all that,the wrong thing he did was not to report to the police when they brought the girl to him kos she was still a minor. and for that he should be held accountable. that's just it.

In any crime, there must be a motive.

Oga muric what was d pastor’s motive for abducting the girl? Was she sexually abused, or sex trafficked? Did she return with a pregnancy like Danusa Yellow did to Ese?

If your only reason for accusation is that she was abducted just to be converted, then someone needs to investigate that Prof in front of ur name. grin grin

I know some people would be attacking the messenger and forgot the content of the message.
Did the alleged pastor have the possession of the said girl either by kidnapping or adoption? Were the girl's parent in consent to her living with the Pastor? Instead of reasoning and make a logical conclusion, they were busy showing hatred towards the Prof.
The court should ensure speedy justice prevail in this regard. Thank you Prof Akintola for always making them to stand on their toes.
