Some people here are pointing out it’s China assembled. So? These days, it doesn’t matter who does it. Just so it. Technological transfer will happen over time. China started with America and European tech but see where they are today. Same with Japan

The problem with Nigeria is we are a very unserious nation. Buhari will start by looking for his village brother to head such an agency. Legislators will be collecting bribe for confirmation. They won’t let them rest once they assume the office. Only corrupt, non professional types will succeed in this climate.

Besides, the first one is a chinese made space rocket, while that of Nigeria is a home made surface to air missile.
