Rivers and Bayelsa are not willing to be tied to the eastern region again, I don't know of Cross Rivers and Akwa Ibom
History is replete with the way the majority tribe treated the minorities in the eastern region. the old Rivers State was at the forefront during the clamour for states creation, and states were created just to appease and win over these people.

It is normal na. Even in igbo land it is not everyone support BIAFRA but majority will alway have their way while minorities will have there say. You will always have people in ikwere that don't support BIAFRA also you will always have people that do. It is politics. Politicaly those states you mentioned are part of Niger Delta. But the core Niger Delta know themselves.
