THE STORY LINE... I sold an iphone 11 pro max with unused accessories as TLC without having a prior knowledge that the phone screen has been changed before. On the 7th of November, he picked the phone at omicpet Office and left with it. On that same day after he had picked the phone, he message me that the screen has been changed. I became worried and surprised. I immediately put a call across to Omicpet,Lionlee,Wildchild and my picker who happens to be my brother and after confirming that it was the same phone he picked that he complain about Omicpet,Wildchild & Lionlee asked me to bear the responsibility and I told him to return it to omicpet Office immediately. Upon reaching omicpet Office, I was told that the charger has been used. Meanwhile, I sold an unused accessories to him. I told him about this and he was not ready to take responsibility for it he was only concern about his full payment while I told him to find solution to the used charger. After this, he requested to make a conference call to Pero007, upon picking the call without their knowledge I heard them calling me all sort name criminal and a thief and that, that was how I use to do. I felt bad and I told them that I am ready to take this up with them and that his refund is available and that he should find solution to my used charger. He later sent a message that I should remove the charger's money and that I send him his balance which I did with immediate effect. I removed 10k for the charger and I asked him to go and pick the charger at omicpet Office which he has picked. With all been said, DO I ACTED LIKE A CRIMINAL? IS HE EXPECTING ME TO BEAR THE LOSS OF A USED CHARGER? I bought a TLC which already shipped of pro max Fu for 370k(like new used for just 3days) from him and after a week which is last week he sent message that the item is ready for pickup and I sent dispatch that very day as I already got a buyer coming from Abk.When dispatch brought the phone I don't even bother to check myself i just handed over to the buyer coz he presented the phone brand new in his post,it was right there the buyer smile and told me ,boss haba why now you wan scam me with this yah china phone screen I was embarrassed .I also examine myself the screen was changed but to worse it not with original screen because original screen was supposed to be perfect and moreover when you check the profile of the phone it didn't indicate anything was changed.
I sent message asking Bdemix if he was aware the screen of the phone had been changed, he said no that the phone is a brand new that he was 100% certain and I told him I don't want to drag further with him as I was saddened by my buyer remark of me.
I told him he can send his dispatch why he use escrow to pay me,it was then he said he don't stay in lagos and sent another message he was not only one in the business that he can't take decision alone but the last message he sent that pissed me off was when he reminded of the message he sent to me when he said the item arrived at omnipect,in the message he reminded me he already told me that I should examine the phone before I collect it,then I asked him if that is his defense then I told him if that is your defense you aware of the screen issue but packaged the phone as new for unsuspecting me.I sent my account details to refund he reiterated again the message he sent earlier to check ma item all this happened on that very day i collected the phone.
What I don't understand is whether he expected me to go and collect the phone or expect my dispatch to open the sealed item and check out the display of the phone for me.
He later agreed the second day to refund after he confirmed maybe from his picker that the screen was truly changed that I should return the phone and the accessories to omicpet office and I sent dispatch.After the dispatch confirmed the drop of the item then I asked him how far he said I should hold on that the item is being examined.he later hit me up that Joy at Omnipect office confirmed to him that the charger had been used that what do we do about it then I put up a smile that Bros stop all this if it a joke.He said he is serious that the charger was used.Pls kindly note he said it was used and not changed then I told him that the embarrassemet he gave me before buyer is enough i didn't touch the charger not to talk of plugging it.We dragged and dragged on that untill I invited one of the trusted member on this trend to the discussion and the reason being that he was present when they brought the phone and when I was about to sell it.Pls note all this time I was still very calm with him coz I know is possible we run another deal together.Then the old member here said I should call him on conference call so that he can explain to him he was there when dispatch brought the phone and the charger was not even touched and even if the charger was touched you don't expect a buyer not test the charger with the phone before picking that he don't understand his complaint.i called he first declined at second attempt he picked which I don't I felt he doesn't want to talk to anybody on it then I was talking to the bros that I don't understand why this is behaving like a criminal it was then talked that we are calling him criminal ,that we can go anywhere,he is ready to challenge us with the statement of calling him criminal and he reiterated his message to me earlier that it is my fault if I had checked the phone at omnipect office I would have discovered the issue and he hung up.
Then I went to message him that you were ranting because u were described as someone behaving like a criminal then I stressed it for him that you are behaving as such indeed.
When I noticed he was buying more time and he didn't feel remorse then I was advised that I should tell him to remove the charger money and send dispatch to collect the charger he said I used.He refunded 360k
*Bdemix allegation was that he gave a new charger and I used it and he removed 10k for it.
*He kept ma money hanged without compensation.
*He made me wasted 4k on dispatch and Joy also collected #500 without refund
I don't know the story he painted for wild child but wild child said after he had mentioned his name and lionlee that we still went ahead to be threaten him honestly I don't understand such statement, I don't understand how they are collected with a deal I transacted with him.
BDEMIX ,This is my last message to you and I will remind you again.
The God am serving that knows truly I don't tampered with the charger will curse that person that tampered with your charger and collapse the empire of whosoever is lying very soon.

Please what exactly is a "used charger"? Was the seal wrapping the charger broken or the "charger health count" reduced from 100% to 98%? Perhaps it was scraped on the floor such that it looked older than it should be? How exactly does a charger for an iPhone become "used" such that it had to be rejected? I find this concept of used iPhone charger for an obviously fixed phone quite baffling! Secondly, did he pick up the item himself and had the opportunity to examine it at the office or it was delivered to him by a despatch rider?
