Native Americans are spread across the US, Canada, Mexico and South America and even in 49th state, Alaska. They are not blacks, Christopher Columbus who is historically the founder of America found them here in the US (some dispute it , that it was Despuge sp?) The black slaves came much later. Are you sure you file taxes for people or you work in Admin dept of Turbotax?
A lot of Americans owe the IRS because of tax underpayment. Many others owe because they don't even have clues on how to adjust their W4s, get your facts right.

As for the interest rate thing. People were having difficulties paying back tax debts because IRS interest rate was at 5% until recently when it was dropped to 3%.

Nobody gave Trump that credit till today.
