I've been notified for over a month now by Wes that they've sent a mail to my school to verify my transcript, but I sent my younger brother and they said they've not received anything yet.
Please I really need help ASAP, and would appreciate if anyone can help out please.

I'm having similar issue and was a FUTO student. They keep saying it's been long the recieved mail from WES

Please I’m on this table of pending WES verification since June this year, please anyone with contact from Madonna university Elele campus that can help me rectify this coz I’m tired of calling the registrar, the last I called he asked them to check mail and told me they are working on it, it’s over a month and nothing so far, my Ielts result will expire November bext year, please I need help from anyone that has successfully verified his/her result please��

This is for UNIPORT alumni, i was panicked about how to get my transcript and certificate without it been delayed especially with the fact that on a norm things drag alot with the school. So i was able to find someone who helped me get my documents in 8-10days this also included sending an electronic copy of my transcript(which is faster).

If you need help with this kindly reply this post and i will share the contact information with you.

PS: just putting this out there especially for those who dont live in PH anymore and cant travel.

I don't think dragging WES on Twitter is the problem. FUTO from what I learnt is having communication gap with WES and trust our FUTO, they rather want you coming daily and prefer dishing out frustrating and irritating response of "we're on it" for over 6 months now. I think FUTO registrar, (@VC_FUTO and FUTO Alumni should be tagged) ought be dragged instead, he's responsible for corresponding with the outside body

I was reliably informed that 20 names for verification dropped today. Call your source or visit school to confirm if yours is there.

Nowadays, it is clear on both university and WES website that you have to pay both of organizations in case to evaluate your documents. So, I just followed that.

Hello, any Covenant University alumni here? Please how long does it take CU to respond to WES' request for verification. It's been 3 weeks since WES sent the request and my status has not been updated.

I am evaluating my BSC and 2 additional certificates with WES (Document- Document). The last transcript was delivered and received by WES 27th of November.

The status has been in progress since that 27th, no update. "We are reviewing your document(s). Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.".

Probably because of the 200 dollar limit on debit naira card by banks. Or you could try visa card.

First of all, are you using a Naira Mastercard?
If yes then it could possibly mean that the transaction exceeds the international online transaction limit set at most Nigerian banks these days which is mostly between 100 - 200 USD

Hello everyone, I've been reading this thread because I'm having issues with WES. Please help, if you can! The courier company that was used to forward my transcript from my institution to WES, USA has confirmed delivery since 28th of December, 2020; yet WES claims not to have received it. I've sent emails to WES, no response. I have tried calling the contact no. (±1-800-361-3106) on their website, it's not going through. Please does anyone have any alternative WES, USA contact no(s)? Thank you.�
