Go to Jumia their is official stores section select brands and look for Xiaomi. There are plenty sellers on the thread store no scammer that I know of there

My RN7 battery life improved since I upgraded to MIUI 12. Don't know why yours is like that. You should try hard-rebooting

Your network isn't that good and hope your both Sims aren't on 4G because that is suicidal if you are in a place with unstable network.

I will disagree on that network, the best miui is 10. The 11 and 12 is trash in terms of battery, even if it's on idle overnight from 100% it will drain to 90/91%, had to be putting it on airplane mode. only my browsing sim is on 4g which is sim 1 the 2nd is on 2g

Lies sha, there is no certainty in these things. Your battery might be depreciating have you considered that factor too?

There is an RN7 we had to do a battery change for because of charging with a fake charger and USB cord. Your charging habits also affects your battery life.
