Okay, this is another Nigerian factor , My wife have registered her line 5 times in the last 3 or 4months, the last 2 times was at the MTN headquarters in Falomo Lagos , still They keep saying she should visit Mtn office with her national ID which she has been doing, but after a week Mtn will still send message that she should go register again , serious its becoming frustrating , may be if she port to another network she will be able to register Without any issue .

Note that she has upgraded the sim to 4G sim , is it possible to sue this MTN because they are costing us time, money and frustrating her and its affecting us.
What can we do please?

If the sim is still working. She can ignore the message. I receive same message few years back and ignored it till date and my sim is still working fine.

Ignore the messages... They send those occasionally... You can spam it sef, if it'll ease your tensions... They won't block the line

Yes! Once you have registered it, no need to do so again, just ignore.

I was told to go upgrade my line before a certain date, I did so but kept getting their warning messages. I ignored since my sim is already upgraded, then with time the messages stopped. There’s no need to panic.

Was that a bug? Better you go do it before they include your number on the list of defaulters , cos I believe that's why they keeping sending the message non stop, their robort only understand go , doesn't hear stop!
