But I think you are right and probably good to go regarding using 6 month to calculate what the annual income might be . Based on 16k in 6 months would mean like 32k annual salary which is over the 18k.

Buy straight from the show room or second hand forecourt and you can buy online from a private individual or company, these days some companies will deliver straight to your door and you will have 2 weeks to change your mind..
You will need to arrange insurance and pay road tax before you drive it on the road.

Get into teaching are the ones overseeing the programme through UCAS and UK gov.

Universities and some teaching centres have been partnered also.

You need to have 2.2 at least in maths, physics, chemistry but I am not sure of accounting.

Yes you are exempted from paying council tax, but you need to email your tax exemption certificate from your University to your council with your details. That is what i did, as i am in the same shoes with you, make i enjoy council tax freedom for one year at least.

You will be buying yourself problems. Avoid.

Age of driver (under 25s are seen as high risk drivers)
Area where u live (some cities are more expensive than the other
Occupation (some jobs are considered to be at higher driving risk)
Type of car (how economical and cost of the car)
License age (how long u have had ur license)

So as a new driver in the UK and for someone who might not have enough UK driving history it’s expected that the insurance quote will be high.

But u can apply for blackbox (a device that monitors how you drive) this might reduce the quote a little

Factors to consider

1. Cost of car - surely 5000£ is too small if your car is a 2020 Aston Martin.
2. Age of driver
3. Profession of driver
4. How long have you had your license for?

I would avoid any petrol car over 100k mileage and for diesel 140k mileage, of course except if it has a good service history (with evidence)

First insurance is no joke .... then if you are just coming even worse. Easily it over £1,000

I replied to a similar question in another thread and I listed the steps to take to get qualified. In summary, you will need to apply to the GPhC for approval to undergo the OSPAP conversion course. It's a highly intensive course and not everyone passes it. I would recommend Uni'Sunderland due to their low fees and low cost of living, but their version of the course is also one of the hardest to pass. I know one or two Nigerians who failed the course and had to repeat the whole year. You will be in the same class with your fellow Nigerians, Asians, Australians, Canadians, etc, everyone is there to do the conversion course.

When you have passed OSPAP, you will need to undergo pre-registration training with a provider in the UK. It's a 1 year paid job and it's fairly easy to get a training place. It's basically repeating the same internship training you did in Naija after uni. When you have been signed off by your tutor after the training, you will then need to sit and pass the GPhC licensing exam. You have 3 attempts at passing it. A third fail means the candidate is banned from practicing in the UK. The good news is the vast majority pass it on the first or second attempt. A second point is you have only 4 years from approval of the first stage to go through this whole pathway comprising of the 3 steps. This is a valid point because if you don't get qualified on/before the 4th year ending, you will have to start the process all over again. In terms of Tier 2 visa, I don't know much about it, but I do know a few people who went through the full pathway and are currently working on a visa. I don't know the visa they have.

TL;DR - Pass OSPAP, pass pre-registration training, pass GPhC licensing assessment. Start making money!

Why not just use normal post or DHL?..... It would arrive in under 7 days (but be prepared to be slammed an import duty fee)......

For phones you gave eBay/gumtree/FBMP etc etc...... Very risky though........

You could buy the phone legitimately, but a few weeks or months later, seller blacklists it.........

Best to spend £200 buying a new mid ranger, than £600 on a used flagship, that later gets blacklisted.........
