I laughed out loud when I read his comment. I liked his comment too. Not because he made sense,but it sounded funny to me.

We are too behind in this country. I personally believe someone that do such a thing needs to first go through a psych eval. I know this will not happen. Ncis even the judge may not even be able to comprehend that such a person could be mad.

If he is sentenced to death without an option of carrying out medical examination on him, it will be in my opinion that it's half justice. because I find it VERY hard to blv that a normal human being could do this.
