You need to stop believing what you write and stop living in fantasy world . Till tomorrow China is the No.1 Culprit is defying sanctions against N.Korea. At the height of the Sanctions against Nigeria . Russia offered Nigeria a $1B loan as long as Nigeria abstained on Ukraine. China is in direct competition with the US over Nigeria. They are heavily invested and involved in Nigeria and they will not be involved in helping in any Sanctions against Nigeria their No.2 Client in Africa. Emotional intelligence is very different from Intelligence based on Facts. As we speak NAF officers are in China learning more and more. Relationships are being built and nurtured. When things get better economically .Nigeria will buy more equipment from China and Russia. 13 Likes 1 Share |

QuietMynd: What protesters on the ground said happened is not weightier evidence in court than what the military or police present say happened, which is why harder evidence is required. Besides of the court, what people on the ground say, caries more weight since due to lessons of history people tend to distrust authorities. Best evidence would be dead bodies in addition to clear videos or and pictures of military in the act. It’s no good telling the court that 'military carried the bodies away'. As far as the court may be concerned, you may as well say UFOs carted off the bodies. The court may even believe the words of those that say they saw military cart off bodies but the court cannot act on words alone. Next best evidence would be the coming forward of relatives and friends of those killed to testify that their loved ones attended the protests and have not retuned home. In addition, doctors and nurses witness to military carting off dead bodies. Yet, you have to understand that without the bodies of those killed being made available in some way for the courts to verify, relatives, friends, doctors and nurses evidence will be circumstantial evidence at best. Circumstantial evidence dose win cases but these often remain contestable. For instance, without bodies and media evidence linking fate of bodies to military action, how does the court prove beyond reasonable doubt that someone or people that come forward to claim that their missing loved ones were killed by the military or police at Lekki are telling the truth or are not mistaken or not being paid by interested political parties? 9 Likes 1 Share |

Toju200: ISWAP supply route. Any Soldier serving there should never put his rifle on safety. The Absence of Soldiers for over 8 months gave ISWAP so much freedom to move along that Magumeri-Gudzamala-Kukawa Lake Chad areas. Now the military are back ISWAP is finding it so hard to readjust. That place will Continually be a battleground day in and day out. Kudos Gallant Soldiers 18 Likes |

Since the last massive attack on Mongunno, ISWAP/BHT have largely stopped attacking bases and supercamp. They are now concentrating on isolated military units like patrols and convoys and several soldiers have been lost due to this. The Army should also adapt to the new situation as fast as possible to reduce casualties. 13 Likes |

Toju200: While this is advised, it shouldn't stop at that, it is a defensive mindset. These terrorists have logistics bases and locations from which they launch attacks from and retreat to. This and many more questions should be researched and a search and destroy operations should be launched. If the military has to create a special unit for this purpose, they should do it. Unless the hunter is hunted, he won't change his ways. Put fear on their minds. Let them continually be on the run. This shouldn't be limited to the Northeast alone but to every part of the country where we have security challenges. Our security officers rarely launch manhunts to neutralize criminal elements. 4 Likes |

It is not every time drones and MRAP will be available for both patrol and convoy this where intelligence based threat assessment comes into play , for a location where you know that is recurring infiltration you need more MRAPS,drone and IFV's for fighting patrol not Casual patrol, and if there would be a need for small unit to launched out it will be by discretion on the location . More MRAP'S should be procured. 3 Likes |
