anyway over here they regard conflakes and Goldenmoore as ur regular breakfast cereals
For me there was never a time i liked cornflakes
i always regarded it as kiddies food
for me if i need a light satisfying breakfast meal in the morning i opt for Quaker oats then if i want to enjoy it more i would slice some bananas inside it.
Very satisfying and a delicious breakfast meal that will keep u going

since i have been here i never use eye see garri .if i want to do swallow i use corn meal since corn meal is common here and their cornmeal looks like yellow grarri but finely grounded.as for making soup they sell okra here in their grocery and open air markets but no melon and ogbonor seeds.there is a nigerian guy selling melon and ogbonor plus palm oil that his elder bro ships to him from the US but then the ogbonor and egusi he sells are too expensive.so i make though with their okra i buy from the market anytime i want to swallow .so u still better pass me since u get abundance of garri

yea i used that same method too..i will use groundnut oil to fry my soup then add liquid tomato to it..thats the same way i used to prepare my beans here until someone showed me the guy .His palm oil is a little expensive but i dont mind since i cant live without palm wine .They have palm trees here too but it only produces coconut but no palm wine.Recently i heard onions is now very expensive in nigeria and i would say its so embarrasing hearing such.Nigeria has very good weather and nice soil for farming so food in nigeria ought to be cheap.imagine things like rice,beans and now onions becoming expensive in naija..na waoh.
