Here in Ghana , every thing about schooling is completely free. there is also free meal for pupils which include a luxurious chocolate drink. Infact, pupils in boarding house pays nothing. Including textbook , external /internal exams ( wassce ) etc are essentially free .

there was a time the entire south west of Nigeria has almost half percent of her teacher population as Ghanaian. It even become a popular trend to the level of which parent now see it as sign of prestige if their wards are thought by Ghanaian.
