The same thing happened to me a month ago. Those guys are real scammers... They have sold out all their customers details to hackers to hack from.. What they do is selective hacking, they will target customers randomly and hack their sporty account to deduct money from their bank account via their bet site...

The best thing is to call their customer care again and tell them to deactivate your sporty bet account... If they ask you why you want to deactivate it, just tell them *"you have stopped gambling & there's no need for you keeping the account since you're no longer interested in betting"*... If you tell them hackers deducted money from your bank via sporty they won't deactivate the account and they will never admit it that their site was hacked, they will lie to defend themselves and will tell you to go to your bank to complain... It happened to me twice and I'm talking from my experience with those guys, so it's better not to talk about the hacking stuff to them.... Even if you send them mail they won't respond to it and if they eventually respond, they won't deactivate the sporty account.. I sent them lots of mail when it happened to me but they didn't respond

The best thing to do is to go to bank and block your ATM card then request for a new ATM card and choose a new pin, then after doing that, you can now later call sporty to delete that account and if they don't, they won't be able to use it to defraud you again since you have changed your card ...

That was what I did when it happened to me twice, I went to bank to change my ATM card and requested for a new one and changed my pin.... After that I called sporty to block my sporty bet account that I have stopped gambling and there's no point leaving the account just like that, they asked me few questions about the account to confirm if it was really me and told me they will block it...They later sent me a mail that they have deactivated the account...
