@clubkonnect I ran an electricity bill payment this evening and I'm yet to get the token for the transaction.

Please what's the way forward?

I'm still waiting for a response. This was since yesterday. I would want a refund please since it's taking time to respond.

Please what have you been reviewing since yesterday evening that hasn't been sorted out up till now?

Do you realize that some people have been waiting for over 24hrs? Is it that it's not clear I carried out the transaction or what is the problem?

Please at this point I guess a refund should be the option because I'd need to carry out the transaction else where.

Please refund my money thank you.

@ClubKonnect you're the worst service I've ever used in my entirety. Let's even assume you solved and seen the transaction through, am I not supposed to get a token number.

3rd day and you just created a care line for paparazzi. There's no fastest way to make a complaint and get it solved quickly.

You have over 5 channels for laying complains but you just can't respond to things that should be solved by you.


If someone decides to do business with you the person might as well get ready to loose or hear the end of it because your response rate is extremely terrible and you don't even respond fast unless someone brings it to Nairaland.

Even here responding is something else. This inconvenience is major and I think I've learnt my lesson.

Please whenever you decide to reply this message hold your useless "sorry for the inconveniences" and just either give me the token, refund or tell me your platform is useless and I should stop doing anything with you.

Again the picture for the transaction is attached here and it's since 21st. Thanks for making me loose a loyal customer.
