valirex:in the South west, outside Lagos and Ogun state. The Ebiras have the most non indigenous population followed by a cluster of tribes from Benue. (igede and idoma). These people tend to stay in rural areas hence you hardly see them. Igbo are of course the most visible because they are found on very popular business district. This doesn't necessarily translate to population figures or census because habit determine how we travel. 4 Likes |

[s] valirex:[/s] Guy you go school at all? if Igbos are in every Nigeria states, doesn't that translates to Igbos having less people in their region? Or don't you know the meaning of migration? If there are 100 people in SE in 2019 and the following year (2020) you see 1 igbo in each states plus FCT - 5 Eastern states = 32igbos 100 Igbos - 32igbos that has migrated from SE, meaning that there will be 68 Igbos in SE. We've not added birth ratio oooo. Go to school you no gree. If we talk about birth ratio, You guys are far below Hausas and Yorubas. an average Igbo family nah 1 wife, 1 - 3 children mostly 2 children. Check Yoruba families or Hausa families 6 Likes |

Sammy07:.Oyo, Ogun, Osun and Ondo state each have more population than Edo state. Oyo state is actually the second most populated state in the south of Nigeria after Lagos according to the 2006 population census. |

This Op no get sense o. Well, I don't blame the Op, I blame everyone that comments on his post hence, making his post look reasonable, an argument with a fool can make one become a fool How on earth can u say Igbos are more than Hausa and Fulani. To even kill it, he said Edo is 12.4% and the whole Yoruba is 21%, how ridiculous? A whole major tribe, Yoruba extends than the SW to Kwara and Kogi. So u mean two times Edo is more than the whole Yoruba? And also stop that nonsense talk that Igbo are the most populated indigenous people everywhere, it only shows how stagnant you're that you haven't travelled at all, In Ondo state for example, Ebira has a very large number in each local government, a very large not even small one.. You're just looking for useless things to stay relevant, how can Igbo be more than Yoruba? An average Yoruba man believes having more than a wife is being a man, talk less of the Muslims in Oyo, Osun, Ogun and Kwara. |

HAccord: You are a bloody idiiiiot! NL is a place any foool can claim any achievement. A PhD holder will say something as stupid as this? "Forget politics, a tribe that are majority in their own Eastern region and second majority in every region outside their own in Nigeria after the indigenes can only be the True Majority. These people are the Igbos." Nigerian education has gone to the dogs, but I am struggling to accept you as evidence it has gone to the pigs if someone gave your dumbass a PhD. |
