This konza madness didn't start in Uhuru regime.The project is around for over 10 years since the days of kibaki. Surprisingly, today, the project is below 10% of its complete work.
For over 10 years you have done less than 10% of the whole project. So in order to do 100% you should wait at least for two decades.

So what does that tell you?


You can't start a project without finance.The little money you are pouring into Konza is just a waste. A common sense will tell you,it's better to use that little money into agriculture which will have a quicker ROI than pouring little money year in year out for over two decades without getting anything in return.
If you could have poured your money in agriculture, 2 decades could have gotten you cash back which would have be enough to erect your konza in a very short time.
