This has nothing to do with tribe, religion, etc. It simply means that you agree to be held responsible for the defendant actions whenever he breaches any of the terms and conditions of the court of jurisdiction.



I am sure Ndume and Abaribe (both lawmakers) are conversant with this provision of the law.

But the law also allows the surety to go to court if there are circumstances beyond his control to produce the defendant
