After several weeks of battling fear of starting bolt driving, I finally came out to drive on the platform today.
Below are my one-day experience;
I started in the afternoon (around 1pm), finished 3 trips around 5pm. All the riders I picked are in a hurry and most of them said I'm slow ( well, its my first time, but I didn't let them know, I'm not conversant with most of the roads, but Google map saved me, it helped me in all the trips, )
My earnings on the three trip was 6800. All the trips was cash trip. 6200 was paid to me. Would have made more driving back home assuming my phone battery was not dead. The application consume battery and I was not with a USB charger.

All in all, it wasn't easy, even trying to please the riders.

I'm considering taking another break for now.

Continue bro.
This is not season for break.

But always tell them that you're new. It will help them give you less trouble.

All the best.

Sir... You obviously aren't ready. With 1k you would have continued working. If you know, you know.

Meanwhile avoid Kusela Road, you will thank me soon.

And Ilasan New Road.

Good experience, but you need a permanent charger (cable) in your car and your phone always plugged even at 100% battery whenever your apps are online. Wish you all the best on your ehailing adventure.
Wait! You did only one day and want to take a break? See as you made me smile... God bless you

I no do that one ooh!

Once my phone is 100%, it must come below 20% before I plug again.

Guys, I have been online today with no issue. I want to go online now only to discover that my car is not in my account. Who has experienced this before? My last inspection was in May before the system blocked me for 5 months.

I believe so, because, I couldn't go online, and no other info apart from ' no car available in your region'.

I think Bolt inspection is 6 months. the last inspection was done in May.

Guys please I have an issue.

The car am driving is a Toyota Camry 4 plug. Sometime ago when I got the car, the mechanic in my area told me to come so that he can do "Fuel consumption" for me. He said he does it for other uber drivers. As a sharp guy that I am, I knew it was a scam and fake. I bluntly told him am not interested.

4 days ago, I took my car to him for servicing and oil change0. Since then, I noticed that my car has been consuming fuel more than normal. It now gulps fuel. Infact, 3000 naira fuel I put in Ikoyi entered reserve before I can reach Agidingbi in Ikeja. Thats abnormal because on a normal day, my car needs only 400 naira fuel for such a trip. Now, it takes 2,900.

Am very certain this mischievous and dubious mechanic did this.

Please who is aware of what he might have done to my car so I can correct it immediately. Thanks

He might have tampered with your catalyst, if your car had one before you took it to him, and were you not there when he was servicing it?

I don't think removal of catalyst will make the car suddenly begin to drink fuel

Bro am Black fat pig been refer to by angryiboman, and here is my advice.

1. Run a full scan
2. Check for poor fitted injector noozle
3. Check your MAP/MAF sensor if it has tampered with
4. Check your charcoal canister and catalyst system including O² Sensor
Lastly what kind of engine oil did he use to service your car? That also can contribute.

#angryigboman your broke ass is yet to pay my money.

Good morning all.

I have a corolla 2007 Tokunbo. I bought it 1month ago for personal use but I am considering using it for Uber business. My challenge is how to get a good driver to partner with. I can't drive it myself.

Please I need your advice.
What's your area of residence?
