You've done some modification to the initial sketch, my observations are:

1. The 2 bedroom by the right, the toilet doors shd be nearer to the bedroom door not the bedroom window.
2. The laundry cant work in front of the store
3. The visitor's toilet cant be in the middle of the room
4. Too many openings created in the living room, makes it NON-functional and difficult to arrange furnitures

The initial sketch I posted is this (pics below)

Sir I later found this you can help make amendments to the following:
Laundry room *
Gaming room *
Visitors toilet


The marked ones if you think they’re not needed it’s okay

I just want something that will fit perfectly on the land side both interior and exterior

Your 1st aim should be saving...

How much of that amount can you save and EVERY OTHER FREE (unexpected) cash should be saved also.

When you save 100k, you can start by buying materials, 1 after the other.

It is more expensive to deck these days than roof... although on the long run, its cheaper to deck because of the added advantage from having an extra floor.....

Morning Bro - If properly done at the time, we're talking 100 years maybe.... The block getting green is a reaction to nature, thou that could / would weaken the blocks, before you continue ascertain if the blocks are still OK or if cracks have started showing up. Thanks

How long can a foundation (without german floor ) be left without doing any work on it?

I bought a plot with a foundation that's about 6 years. The foundation is still useful base on my plan, but am considering if its not weak already due to age. Its a bungalow and the land is rocky

I'll advice you get an experienced person on site to access it and advice accordingly - There is no time limit to your question, even a 10 days foundation if poorly done could be worse than a 6 years foundation properly done.

NOTE: I've not seen the plan but believing its a standard 3 bedroom flat, see my advice attached.

for excavation: DEPENDS ON THE SOIL TYPE - IT CLD BE MORE THAN I SUGGESTED.

I think it's time to work on Part3 of this article considering market prices has gone up and also this time using a storey structure, so we can accommodate for rebars and more....
