naijadrivablog: the two candidates are both Yoruba and if there is understanding, unity and acclaimed Civilization in the region, one would have given way for the other. They should just do whatever they wish but don't throw UI into another jeopardy should ASUU and FG stop their madness. |

naijadrivablog:you don't know what you're saying,Yorubas can never allow hausa or Igbo VC and within them (Yorubas) tribalism exists to the greatest level as an ibadan man won't allow ijesha or other tribes , that's one of the basics of the crisis,Also the out- going VC wants his stooge there hence the Union's refusal, mind you that said stooge is an ibadan man. |

You have time quoting the foo l. His aim is to instigate tribes against each other. They are evil from outside south Beware Nigerians. This is the time to know and understand the true identity of those who cause tribalism on here, they are paid agents, they are neither from east or west. They have more than twenty monikers, they would create tribal related topics and make tribal comments with different monikers to cause chaos between southerners. Though, they have no conscience but you can try to educate them or better ignore them. They are easy to identify, use your head brothers. They dominate this platform Dronyemachi53: |

mumu you! Ibadan was considered not literate enough for the position but now them don wise up. UI VCship used to be shuffled between college of medicine and UI. Adewole is ijesha and changed the parol to Olayinka an ibadan man and still wants to retain the ibadans. So what's wrong with you? |

Oh! Ui, my alma mater. Self acclaimed The First and the Best. Oh! Ui, Prof. Abel Idowu Olayinka has only four days to go as VC, yet no new VC to succeed him. Oh! Ui, this is the first of its kind in over 70 years of existence. Oh! Ui, what has gone wrong? Oh! Ui, is it an issue of religion or truly that of no imposition? Oh! Ui, if we are to go by the latter, imposition has been there. Oh! Ui, if Prof. Isaac Adewole imposed Prof. Abel Olayinka on the university community, why should the latter be stopped from imposing Prof. Adebowale? |

jman77: You can make your point without sending insults pls. And what's wrong if a qualified Ibadan person retains it? What do you mean not "literate enough"? A professor can still not be literate enough? Pls explain. |
