The second Niger bridge was also not started in this administration, neither has it been completed. In fact, the previous government did the concessioning and all that.

I think I have answered this question for another person.
My brother there is a big difference between commission and carrying out a project.
A project commissioned without coming to reality is money laundering and PDP mastered this aspect with the then gullible Igbo nation.
PDP commissioning projects in SE is just an avenue to share money with the Igbo sell outs they normally appoint unlike APC that took it upon themselves to make sure that those projects come to live.
Take a look at the revival of Nigerian railway that PDP use to exchange money those days. APC ventured and completed.
Second Niger Bridge that is being used for election by PDP, APC ventured and gave date for completion.
Onitsha-Enugu expressway that our senators physically fought for in Senate and was commissioned more than 10 times by PDP with no visible result. APC entered as well and we are seeing results in Enugu/Awka axis of the road.

Political interests of a region is not determined by number of the people of the region at the helm of affairs but the benefits the region gets from the government.

Okezie is eyeing Abaribe Senatorial seat. Alex Otti is still the man for the APC.

Abia state needs deliverance. Imagine how they sat down while dunces such as Kalu and Okezie are allowed to hijack the APC structure. Alex Otti has a lot in his hands if he emerges Governor. The number of godfathers in that state is quite alarming. Relegating the likes of Okezie, Theodore Orji, Orji Uzor Kalu, Abaribe, Wabara, Ogbulafor etc is a task that must be done.
