I have also sent IRCC Lagos a webform. A few days before getting PPR, Nairobi replied to my webform and said my application was finalized so i guess we dont have any business with Nairobi as Lagos is the only one to decide our fate right now. I really hope all goes well

To apply for a gcms note, you will need to have somebody in Canada, who will apply on your behalf . you will fill a consent form which the person uses to apply for you and it's cheaper. If you dont, you google gcms note and use third party sites that will apply on your behalf. It will cost you more

Banks dont pay through flywire. You use flywire to pay for tuition online using your debit card

To your second question, VFS advises people not to do two-way courier, I don't if it works but I wish I did it. Anyways, we have come this far 11,300 something no go kill us.

So UPS sent me a mail that my passport was received yesterday by the popular Mr Festus, how long should I wait to get acknowledgement and tracking ID?

Secondly, with the feedback of 11,300 does it mean the VAC no longer acknowledges 2way Courier for first time applicants?
