This is just art and craft, so far all the airplane figures made by ambitious Nigerians have never left the ground. I strongly think by now there should be attempts. But the quenching on the pilot after take off is certain. Maybe that's why

That thing will never fly...the tail is too close to the main wings. Just looking at it you can tell that it's very heavy

But honestly the talent in Nigeria is too much. This guys could do so much for the country in terms of technological advancement. Why are exploits like this being overlooked?

That what Nigeria environment don't really appreciate or have. Nobody is ready to help the poor boy to developed his creativity to reach an advanced stage.. The boy will be good in designing interior of a plane or ship and some other things.. We have many of them but talent is just wasting away in Nigeria

That's the system of nigeria...

In the states or other western countries this young boy will likely get a college scholarship to brush up his talent and prepare him for the best career that will help him and also help the country

I pray someone can assist him...

Talented for building something that doesn't fly?? Does it even move? We need to stop all these BS we're promoting. It's becoming too much...

He literally built a chair with wings and cover and called it a replica of the super mushshark/Beechcraft style aircraft and people are applauding him for that...

We seriously need to think in this country cos calling people " talented" for building anything that resembles a drone or an aircraft that doesn't even move talk less of fly is shameful...

Beautiful nonsense

This is as useless as the Y in Useless... and there is no Y

This is the same reason we celebrate our leaders for doing what they are elected to do... we encourage mediocrity!

In saner countries with sensible leaders, such talents would be encouraged by govt, but here our leaders only encourage touts and political thugs

Your home is incomplete without good quality furniture thats why we are here for you

You're talking rubbish

Everything ''government government government''.

What about the PRIVATE SECTOR, WHICH MEANS YOU AND OTHERS, and PRIVATE FIRMS?

Are you not Nigerians?

Don't you have money TO INVEST IN TALENTED Nigerians?

Why must you wait for government?

Today you will call America, UK, Japan etc. In those places, government doesn't have a damn thing to do with ''encouraging'' anybody to do anything. It's all PRIVATE SECTOR-LED.

Because the private sector firms which should be investing in local talent are externally focused on bringing in 'foreign experts', or simply importing their product ideas.
