They think once they manage to borrow money to pay that first installment, they have become the owner of the house.
They even want landlord to sweep for them, close Gate for them and become gateman to open gate at 1am in the night for them.
Let your Rent Agreement State clearly, what the do's and donts are, if the prospective tenant is happy with it, he should sign it and if not, he should move-on.
