I was trying to do something online through my phone so I was out of data and then I reached out to a friend for him to turn on his phone hotspot and he was like he only has like 1gb of data left and that he’s owing MTN like 3000 NAIRA (due to data loan) and that I should not watch any videos when I connect to his WiFi ....

and I’m just like wow so people day owe Mtn reach this AMOUNT of MONEY?



Then I asked myself what if this guy port go Glo/Airtel/9moblie will mtn still ask him to pay for that data loan worth 3k naira before e port ...what’s your put on this issue ?

actually it’s not my sim ,but I was just wondering anyway thanks for your put...your setting trap for airtel lol but before you can do such things I think you must have been their customer for a very long period of time

In fact why in school, it was a regular thing . Use one network sub for some months, then qualify for a big amount to borrow. After using the borrowed fund, you port. However, I don't know what why happen if you port back to that network. I have not done that one.

I can vividly remember how I once had an Mtn sim back then only for me to remove the sim from my phone and keep the sim somewhere safe with recharge card worth 300 still in the sim ,after a month I put that same sim inside my phone only for me to notice that for no good reason Mtn had collected in fact stolen the 300 naira from my sim without any good explanation up till date.... still on still two wrongs don’t make a right ..don’t make it look like everyone is a thief just because they are Nigerians !
