If you decide to open your eyes and watch that video very well you will observe that the front tyre of the car was the one that would have actually climbed his head but missed it by inches just almost the the tail end of the video. And don't forget that the video has not told us what happened to the child days later. No wonder we got superstitions everywhere

I am not superstitious in nature, but that does not mean when some is so glaring we should not attach supernaturally power to it.Though your analysis does not make sense,but I will accept it like that.But explain his the the hand of such a little child was not broken despite been ran over by the second (front)tire..Or that one is not obvious too?

The tyres of that car are broad so the collective pressure they exert on the ground is spread over a larger area. Pressure = force/area, therefore the larger the area the smaller the pressure. If the car had smaller tyres that child would probably have been seriously injured.
