It can be through exchange of ideas virtually, online like on nairaland, a WhatsApp group etc. In this regard, you should read the answer of Jesus Christ to the Samaritan woman in John 4. When she asked about the place to worship God, what did Jesus Christ reply? Also read Isaiah 66: 1

Secondly, that was a non-binding advisory from Paul.
