Pls I need advice on this...

IVMcruise is a new e-hailing app launched in Enugu. Drivers are expected to remit back cash for the car for a period of 3yrs (5million naira). They are releasing a brand new car on loan.
The company, IVMcruise, (innoson), will provide the riders although offline is applicable.

THE MONEY IS SHARED 70%( IVMcruise) and 30% (drivers) till u complete ur 5m.
The car has a 3yr warranty but fuel and oil change on top driver head.

Abeg, does it worth it?
If I make 1000 they will take 700

The car...(actual amount of the car around 4.5). Hire purchase things
I have few questions about this car bro..

Have you already used it before? Whats the review..

And in this pictures, am seeing manual, is it available on automatic?

You shouldn't venture into what you have no knowledge off, you were carried by the remittance.
Every business has its own "keys to success". You must look for it if you want to succeed in that biz.

Transportation is very lucrative, but you must choose your route wisely. Some intestate road are best driven with molue, definitely your baby Sienna will collapse.

According to personal research, Jibowo - PH is one of the best route for Sienna.

Which route were you?

The "keys to success" isn't the route you put ur sienna to work ... This is from experience not research

what they are offering now is manual for the e-hailing. Maybe they will make auto later. First batch have collected, second batch will soon get theirs ( me ).
I think it is a 1.5L engine with 7l/100km fuel consumption. Rear camera, rear sensor, android screen. For now!

For a brand new car, is not bad.

As at yesterday dollar is 502naira.

Is difficult to do business in Nigeria, people's mentality here is free, they want everything free.

Such a wonderful empowerment program, has been twisted to exploitation.

You want make them dash u for free? Infact u don't need to work for it.

Go to ur umunna or village people to offer you free car.

As if made in naija car has no value. Go check the cost of producing that car, you will understand more.

We use to have 504 Peugeot as government official cars in 1999 and those 504 are produced in Nigeria. Until everything changed to landcruiser

You don't call that experience sir, that's failure, as a result of inability to plan ahead.
Lots of Nigerians go into business just because they hear its profitable, without proper feasibility study. They are carried by the returns.

- If Sienna isn't profitable why do we still have thousands out there on the road?
- Why did I conduct the research?
I have many questions for you to proof your claims, but it's needless.

Just like the ehauling business, lots of fleet companies are off the radar, but that same business, there is someone that's making in it with many cars because he has deep understanding of the business.

Until you have a unique SWOT analysis, don't venture into that business.

Big time kudos to a lot of you guys, considering the fact that the odds of shitty Lagos roads are hugely starked against the drivers.

From naughty danfo drivers to the koropes to the Kekes and okadas.

Please e-hailing profs in the building, kindle advise a brother on the best practice just so I can avoid losses.

The interstate route is coupled with a lot of hidden potholes, number one pothole is how do you control your income flow via ticketing ...

Having invested largely in the transport sector (intra and inter state routes) i can tell you most interstate transport especially those that make use of Toyota Sienna are just surviving by the thread... Yes u see a lot of sienna at jibowu, but it's never by the numbers ..till you venture into it you will never understand the flow process.

If you can't control your ticketing start to finish points don't bother venturing into interstate route...it's not E-hailing grin

I presently have 3 Toyota Sienna that run east and western state routes.... 2 are on hire purchase after 7months of rental ...the 3rd is on weekly rental undergoing a testing which will say if I should put more buses ...

The key to success for any interstate transport system is FIRST having your own park where you control income from ticketing. At point of loading, the driver is given only money that will start and finish his journey (fuelling)... If you believe you can sit at home and give one driver a sienna bus to be driving and paying weekly delivery, your own is GOBE ooo .. you will hear stories like 'Oga, many buses dey ground, we never load since 2days' or if you think by giving buses on delivery agreement with transport company owners sorry is your own 'they first load their own buses before urs'

Another Key to success is understanding that the longest routes isn't always the money spinner... Lagos to Benin is a shorter route that delivers on the same as Lagos to Control - portharcourt.

I can go on and on ... But do your swot analysis hundred times... The transport system in Nigeria will change the analysis narrative by the time you venture into it...

If you don't own a car park around jibowu, iyana ipaja, ojota, ajah, ojulegba etc.. please don't throw money into interstate grin

Till you are able to sit at each major car parks from 5am till 9am and monitor flow of passenger and money ...then bring your swot analysis...

smiley, I would rather say they have mastered the art of manipulation..

I don't get weekend bonus cos I filter trips a lot. I don't go everywhere even on weekends.

Focus more on your earnings rather than the bonus. 3 Saturdays ago. I net 22k (before fuel) without bonus.

Tbh, once I achieve the required threshold in a day. Bonus or not, I'm heading home. No more trips except those heading towards my destination.

It's a machine, it has no emotions, if you allow it, it will drain you till you are spent.
