Evening house..please how do i deal with my note 9s battery percentage jumping to 100 while reaching 90% when being charged and draining within mins once unplugged, have tried draining the battery to zero percent and charging from afresh,,,still didn't solve the issue

It is not yet in Nigeria and I don't know if it will come but you can contact some sellers if they can get it for you.

But it should be around your budget for the 4/128GB variant

it will be higher than that oo, u don check the recent price bump from xiaomi? the note 9 4/128 is now 90k, so 70k won't cut it with the way things are going.

I am using the Redmi 9 pricing as a base of judgement but let us watch and see.

It isn't a problem. It is adaptive Charging. Your phone false charges to 100%

It is a way of increasing battery longevity.

If you are stubborn enough to accept that leave your phone for 30 more minutes after it gets to 100%

Like I said leaving it will make it discharge from 100% little by little but if you ask me for battery health the way it is now is okay. Because after that quick discharge it becomes normal.

Xiaomi just borrowed a battery trick from Apple's playbook

Maybe budget 80k, might not be up to that but one thing have learnt is , it's good to over-budget than under-budget.

Charges depends on bank except if of course you operate a domiciliary account and you have to source your dollars from the parallel market
