Colourisblack: Put yourself in the shoes of the Visa Officer and ask yourself what documents would need to be presented to prove your relationship? There's no fast and hard rule about this... You just need to prove your relationship beyond reasonable doubt. How have you guys maintained your relationship across two continents? That's what the Visa officer will like to see. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Hello, Has anyone received PR after March 2019 and was able to land successfully in Canada. Theres a form attached to COPR that says people should not land till restrictions are lifted. Has anyone experienced this? |

Hi everyone! I recently just got this information and was wondering if anyone could help verify it. I was told that the location for your quarantine arrangement has to be at your point of entry; meaning, let’s assume your final destination is Saskatchewan, and your point of entry is Toronto, you wouldn’t be allowed to board a domestic flight from Toronto to Saskatchewan without having first quarantined for 14 days AT TORONTO (even if you’ve made prior quarantine arrangement already at Saskatchewan). Please is this correct? |

wizzzz:Hi wizz. I personally haven’t traveled yet, but I’ve seen a few testimonies I’d people landing successfully. What seems to be of primary concern are: quarantine plan, POF, arrive CAN app. I hope this helps! Could you be so kind as to share how long it took you from when you submitted your passport to when you received copr? Also, did you get an acknowledgement of receipt when your passport arrived Ghana? |

I’m not feeling this second wave lockdown at all, it’s made life unexciting being indoors for two weeks. Anyone in Calgary who wants to hang out for casual drinks should holla. 2 Likes |

ednut1: Don't dismiss their submission. For some people, especially relatively new immigrants, going to work was their only way of meeting and associating with people. With the lockdown, they've got nowhere to go. That's probably the case of the person you quoted. They know the lockdown doesn't prevent anyone from stepping out, that's why they're asking if anyone wants to hang out. 9 Likes |

ednut1:I am allowed to go outside...but to see who? Moved here early this year and I don’t really have any friends. ‘Working’ from home for 2wks is already driving me crazy, so I need to interact with people with similar time zones. |

olujastro:download apps like meetup where people are plan activities, join 9ja telegram and whatsapp group. Use dating apps too if single. Its hard to make friends we know. But there are things you can do that helps out. Covid-19 is also not helping matters. So na to endure till vaccines come. 1 Like |

adigun183: Yes you can apply for SIN online now. I don’t know if they cancelled SIN application at the airport though but we got ours by applying online when we got PR in May(we were inland applicants). 2 Likes |
