U dnt need to go with original docs of ur guarantor pls.
Just take the photocopies of their nin slip, data page pf passport and original of guarantor’s form stamped by commissioner of oaths and one passport foto.

After filling the form online, you would get to payment page. Simply click the pay at bank option.
It wil generate a payment information for u showing amount and all that.
Print this paymnt information nd go to the bank teller and pay.
When it’s successful, i think there’s a verification code that would be on the bank receipt.
Come back online, locate ur application and input ur verification code, you will then be able to print out ur acknwledgmnt and payment slip

Leave district alone. It’s not compulsory it must be filled.

Get the nin first.
When u have the nin for the child then u do ur child’s passport. This is because of the number.
Carry the child to NIMC office in ur state. Go early so that immediately they open you would be there and since u are with a baby u wud be attended to.
Pls NIN is also free. Dnt allow any person tell u otherwise. If u dnt have NIN urself, seize the opportunity and acquire yours too.

Will the change of name surfice it for me or still needs another avidavit and newspaper publication

Passport renewal in abuja is 26k for 32 pages because it is the new enhanced e passport. Make sure you have NIN slip and number. Without it u cnt get passport in abuja. If u need further help . Let us all know

1. Any high court or customary court with Commissioner of oaths can stamp your form.

2.This is Nigeria, you can bypass birth certificate by doing age declaration with the less confusing information. With age declaration you do not need birth certificate again.

Go back to ur application usin ur applicatipn id on the portal and log in. U will be able to print out ur acknowledgemnt form. It’s there.
It looks alike to the payment slip, the difference is that it is labelled as acknowledgement slip.
U will need ur guarantor’s form, filled stamped and sworn abi signed at the high court by commissioner of oaths. That shud be 500 naira
Then guarantor shud also give u one passport photo, data page of his intl passport data and then his or her driver’s licence or voter’s card.

Documents for you are
Letter of identification from Local Government/State of origin or residence or National Identity Card OR Letter of introduction for employees of government as a Nigerian citizen stating Service Number, Length of Service and Designation/Rank. The letter must be accompanied with a valid staff identity card;
Completed passport application form and 2 passport sized photographs (passport photographs endorsed at the back by the Guarantor);
Completed Guarantors’ form duly signed by a Commissioner for Oaths attached with Photocopy of Data page of Guarantor’s Nigerian ePassport and one passport sized photograph of the Guarantor;
Marriage certificate, where applicable;
Birth Certificate (certificate issued by the National Population Commission shall be required from applicants whose date of birth is with effect from Dec 1992) or Age Declaration attached with one passport-sized photograph and duly endorsed by a Commissioner for Oaths
Acknowledgement slip and evidence of payment

this is sample of age declaration. U swear it the same way of affidavit of change of name. It is simply typed and then stamped by commisioner of oaths. Those ppl working around courts usually have samples or ask ur relatives. A lot of Nigerians use this and so you would find samples around.

Yes if u get age declaration you don’t need to submit ur birth certificate again.
U can hide that. lol
If getting a new birth certificate is also easy for you. Any will suffice.

Local government identification. Mine looks like a certificate.

As for the ATM, I personally don't know which one is suitable, but I paid with First bank Master card.
