1. Asensio doesn't deserve to start but Vini is the only other option available. Vini can come on in early in the 2nd half to use his explosive pace to disturb shaktar's tired defence.
2. Benzema is our top scorer and our most potent forward player by far. We have missed him in the few games he already missed. Except maybe Zidane partners him with mariano upfront in a 4:4:2 diamond formation to accommodate mariano.
3. Nothing. Not his fault though as Zidane haven't really given him enough continuity. He was great vs Inter (away) IMO

Terrible performance in the first half. Benzema has been total useless. Even when mariano was playing he was getting to crosses.

Asensio has seen most of the ball but as usual he did nothing with it.
