The ECO are not inquisitive about your tax clearance just make sure you pay yourself a fixed amount monthly from the company's account for six months to your personal account. No unnecessary deposit apart from salary and also ensure a particular amount for your expenses(set a standard) in such a way that your travel budget will not be more that 2 months your disposable income.

You will need just
1. Your salary statement of account of 6 months
2. Cac document
3. Document showing you are the ceo/md of the company and no. of allotted shares
4. ID card and other relevant document

1). on which account should i deposit her maintenance fee?

good day my people i applied for a uk 6momth visa with my son and husband ,and my husband happens to be on a student visa in canada,and his the full sponsor f the trip,unfortunatelly my visa was denied and my husband's visa was approved .
and again on my refusal lettter i applied for a 6month visa and the vo said i applied for an 11month visa ,alot of mistakes was analysed on my refusal letter which is not what i filled.
what can i do?

i applied for tourist visa was denied because of tax clearance certificate.i intend applying again what do i need.? previously i applied with my personal savings account,CAC,marriage certificate,land deeds,tax receipt.the last application was Feb 2017 can i reapply with same documents and updated tax clearance or with another account which i will paid myself salary?

Read this thread . I want u to have a very clear picture that’s why I am saying so. However you must start with separation of business moneya nd personal money. U can no longer use ur personal acct for business transactions if you want to apply again

Or u get a good salaried job by which you use the profile of a good salary earner with job ties to show further cement your home ties.

that means business owners must starts paying themselves salary of the amount stated in their previous application and use the statement of account to reapply again without any other deposits except salary .. right?

It's filled 48hrs to the time of entry at the UK border as stated on your flight ticket (itinerary)

At this stage you need to go back to the drawing board.

Are you sure you didn't make any mistake when filling the application form?

Is your monthly fixed income paid from your company account to your personal account?

In as much as it is your husband that is sponsoring you did you indicate this in your application form and did you attach is financial document and the budget for the trip ?
i submitted only my husband's account statement and i indicated he was the sponsor

Is it possible for them to make decision but I have not been notified to pick up my passport by TLS?

It is possible for decision to have been made yes and not be notified. They re different entities.
UKVI and TLS.
U have to wait for TLS to contact you for passport pick up or look for how to contact TLS. Last i checked they have no verifiable means of contact, very wrong. The phone nos on the internet were apparently put up by some scammers.
