Plss guys did any one know if after this stage (exams) they ll be another stage again like documents screening, physical exercise before camping? Pls i need an urgent answer, some one should help out.

I wasn't shortlisted, but the advice I'll give you is, take everything one step at a time. Many would still be dropped after the exam... So just focus on the exam first

Continue with which exam preparations? It's better for him to just zero his mind from it. Keep working on whatever you are working on that is giving you money or adding value to you

Thank God I was shortlisted, but the problem is that exam date 7th. That's a Monday, my office won't allow me.

I doubt if they really went through all the applications.
Was told by someone that this stuff has been concluded months back cos her uncle work hers for her. Didn't believe it, but I am beginning to believe it now.

Calm down, Ogbeni. A BSc holder may choose to use his or her SSCE, ND, or NCE to apply for a lower role instead of using Bsc to apply for a higher role. The purpose is to boost his or her chances.

The Bsc holder roles are mostly reserved for highly connected people.

This exact what I did.
I applied for Asst Inspector with my NCE certificate instead of applying for Asst Supre with my BSc.
I got shortlisted

It's a entry level job.

Your work experience is irrelevant.

Also, B.Sc. is the minimum qualification. If you like get PhD

The implication is your Bsc remains a waste as far promotion is concerned. Unless you go for another degree. You can't use that Bsc for anything in that agency if you get a job there through your lower certificate.

assistant inspector is a non commissioned officer rank and not even the highest in the non commissioned rank. what this means is that you can only attain the highest post of a non commissioned officer. you can use the military as a case of study . that's why they warned that any certificate not presented during registration and screening won't be entertained after employment.
