Then you are not watching matches . Go and check wales in Qualifiers and Nation league matches. Giggs is running rings over teams at league B. James plays all those matches, infact he is their go-to-man, he usually assists or score. Giggs use players like Ampadu, Levitt, James, Neco Williams, Phillips, woodburn, Robson Kanu etc to win matches consistently. Most of his players are playing in Championship, League 1 or SPL. That one has Joe Allen, Ramsey and Ledley in midfield all starters in EPL, infact the first 2 in a top 4 side. Their is Ben Davies and Ashley williams Swansea captain all in the peak of their times, their was also peak Bale and Starting Hennesey. Sam Vokes of Burnley was only a substitute then.

Now look at the current team. They are washed up players and bunches of championship and league 1 players

There is absolutely no evidence to show that Ole is better than Chris Wilder. Wilder helped promoted Sheffield and kept them for another season in the league.
